What is our Commitment in this area?
The Quality Management System adopted by UTR follows the provisions of the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and aims to organize and systematize its activities.
Incorporates five major axes of value:
- to ensure the conditions necessary to guarantee complete customer satisfaction;
- to perfect and follow the Quality Management System, complying with the normative, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the Unit's activity;
- to optimize all the resources available on the Unit;
- to valorate the development of skills, acquisition and updating of knowledge of employees;
- to create and maintain a Culture of Quality in all its procedures and customer relationships.
